There always has to be a balance in life. A bad for every good. A yin for every yang. Only that can explain how something as delicious and nutritious as greek yogurt could also be producing a byproduct called acid whey that is becoming an increasing problem for greek yogurt producers everywhere. Personally I feel the acid whey scare is a little hyped up in this article, because while they start out saying that it’s toxic and harmful to nature they then go on to say that there is a possibility it can be fed to babies.
